Sara Nagy

Sara Nagy is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with a diverse background in rehabilitation and sport performance. Sara earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science: Strength and Conditioning from Liberty University in 2024. Sara recently completed her internship with Landshark Performance in February 2026. While pursuing her degree, Sara worked with athletes from the high school, collegiate, and professional levels.She has provided rehab and training services to athletes in a variety of sports, but especially softball, baseball, football, and golf. Sara is also a licensed massage therapist and has over four years of experience as a manual therapist in clinical and sports medicine settings.
